Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are packed and dropped off 1-2 business days. We ship [Monday through Friday. not on weekends or holidays, all orders are shipped at the end of the day.

Carrier and delivery. We ship with FedEx. Once your package is scanned in, you'll get a tracking number by email. Typical delivery is [3–5] business days within the US and [7–14] business days internationally, though carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping rates. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the service you choose.

Where we ship. We ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.

International orders, duties and taxes. [Choose one: Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in your order total and are your responsibility on delivery. / Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery.]

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reship once you cover [the reshipping cost].
